When you receive a review like this you feel let down that if there was a problem with what we were doing that someone would at least let you know so you could try and improve their experience. We cannot do anything about the seagulls or the very hot weather as we do not have air conditioning. The reason they left early was for very early flights but when there is no communication we can not try and improve their holiday experience.
