I traveled to St. Andrews to see the university with my daughter. The accommodations were as promised and our stay was outstanding. Fiona was a tremendous host and everything at the Annandale Guest House was as advertised. The location was convenient and I would recommend it to anyone staying in St. Andrews.

What a lovely guest house. We stayed here overnight while visiting St Andrew's University. Beautiful decor and a spotlessly clean house combined to make this a really comfortable spot to rest our heads. A great breakfast sends you out ready for lovely St Andrews.

I stayed here for one night with my two teenagers in a large Family room that would have comfortably fitted 4 (a double and 2 x singles). The beds and pillows were good. The ensuite is small, but it was not an issue for us. Breakfast was tasty and the service very friendly. Fiona was very helpful with everything before,...

My daughter and I stayed here last week while touring the university. Fiona was a very kind and friendly host. She recommended great restaurants and was very helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The en suite bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled as it was very sleek and modern. Overall, a great experience in a great location....

Annandale was great as usual. The location, the Scottish breakfast, the room and the kindness of Fiona are always perfect. It was our third or fourth time at the Inn. It's great knowing we never have to worry about this part of the trip. Thanks Fiona!

As a couple, we enjoyed our 2-day stay in this cozy guest house. Located in a short walking distance to the town centre, it is a perfect starting point to explore the area. We also apreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Fiona as well as the breakfasts.

Just a short walk from the first tee of the Old Course. Great location. Town is small so many restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance. Fiona was a nice host. Breakfast was good and you had a choice between several items. We were with a younger group that was visiting for a wedding so I think we annoyed her a few times...

Guest house about 400 yds. from the first tee at the old course. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen, but at least there was a bathroom and everything worked correctly. Breakfast was very nice and the food was very good. We stayed at the Annandale while other people in our group stayed at...

I spent 3 nights there along with golfing friends. Annandale is only a short walk from the Old Course and the town centre. My room was a twin and perfect for single occupancy, facing the rear of the guest house. It was also quiet. Free parking is available nearby. Fiona and her staff were very friendly and helpful and the...

“If you stay at the back of the hotel (where our kids were) there was no road noise at all. Again, this is a golfing town which means early starts for a lot of the guest staying in neighbouring hotels, so the mini-bus pick ups start at about 6am and some are not very quiet but this in no way diminished from our stay. On the plus side, it's very quiet from 9pm onwards becuase of all the early starts!”
