Disgusted at how this hotel managed what was a very emotional day. Two sets of mourners left total bemused as to what was a total disaster. To upset to go into details but my advice is never book this for a funeral.

Have to say we had a full fantastic day at the hotel...all needs catered for and the staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful .The meal was fantastic and prices at the bar were very reasonable indeed.
