Quiet location. Very helpful and happy staff. Well organised. Excellent food in pleasant surroundings. Very good value. Good water pressure so excellent power shower. Dunfermline certainly worth a visit. Go see Dunfermline Abbey and the beautiful town park. I am leading a group who are very happy with their 2 nights here. Thank you to all the staff.

We just spent two nights in this hotel and they are in the process of updating windows and doors etc. Seems quite an old hotel and not the best looking place but saying all that we had a really lovely stay. The staff were all very helpful and really friendly, especially the reception staff. We ate dinner in the restaurant...

If you like a hotel with surly receptionists, dirty towels, a place where the guests are all tradesmen and you have bins dragged past your bedroom window at 6am then this is the hotel for you. Won't be doing a return visit.

At first sight we thought this would just be another, also-ran, with the usual fare and decor but we were pleasantly surprised and the level of service and the quality of the food. Good on both counts. although we hadn't booked the staff made us welcome and found a table for us as it was busy night for them. A...

We stayed for 2 nights £180 b+b. The rooms are a little dated and the bathroom radiator was dusty. Otherwise service was good and the breakfast was well stocked and plenty of choice. The bar prices were decent; £7 for a beer and jdaniels. The food at the wedding was good and the staff were nice and efficient. There is...

This hotel is a remodelled villa. Exterior is perhaps not a complete succes but inside you will feel you verry welcome. The rooms er well equiped and especially the restaurant serve a tasty breakfast and a varrriated lunch. Perhaps they don't have much coffe in the kitchen. Dunfermline offer a nice city with kathedral and castle ruins. Allso a nice city

As fairly regular visitors to the Pitbauchlie Hotel we decided to have a few days away at the end of March/beg April to celebrate another wedding anniversary! Had 5 super nights in a ground floor deluxe room which we'd asked for. > Room was quite spacious, very clean and with ample storage facilities. The good-sized bathroom had an invigorating shower...
