First class stay all round. Premises and room were spotless, staff were very much on the ball and helpful, couldn't do more. Parking was good. Very comfortable and very welcoming. Good experience all round.

Great Hotel very close to where I needed to be. Room however was extremely noisy. Make sure you ask for a room that does not overlook the carpark or petrol station. The staff at the Brewers Fayre connected to the hotel were somewhat incompetent an needed training in service and manners.

Stayed after a wedding in the local area. Had checked in but not been into the room prior to wedding due to time. Got back to room to find the window open and room was freezing. It did heat up quickly however. Bed comfy as would expect from a Premier Inn, clean bathroom, only downside was fan in bathroom stayed...

My husband is British and I am American. The reception was extremely friendly and suggested must sees for us while in the area. We traveled down from England and wanted to spend a few days in Scotland. Our room was immaculately clean and the rooms very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. It is in a great location to shoot off...

We stayed here on Saturday night as we were going to a wedding. The check in was meant to be 2pm but the hotel allowed us to check in early as the wedding started at 2pm, although I did call twice to ask if this was ok. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room itself was really nice,...

Exactly what I expect from a Premier Inn. Great quality room, friendly reception staff, excellent all you can eat buffet breakfast and nice comfy beds. Very easy to get to off the major routes. Quiet night sleep as well as there isn't really anything around to disturb.

Good example of this brand with a large free car park. Spacious rooms with modern furniture, pleasant and helpful staff. The Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel are a short drive away. There is a filling station and pub on the same site.

Stayed overnight whilst visiting family. The staff on the check in desk were great. Asked about why we were in the area. Took great pride in recommending visiting the Kelpies which were great. Room was as expected. Only blight to the stay was breakfast. No bacon or eggs ready no orange juice. Had to specifically order black pudding. The sausages...
