I have never used a hub before and had little options for anything else. I use PI 20 times a year and this was a type of room etc and experience I would not use again. However as always clean tidy and great service.

Hotel's Favourite
Having never stayed at a Premier Inn Hub before, we were uncertain as to what we would receive on arrival. We should never had been concerned as the hotel exceeded our expectations. Check in at the hotel was quick and very easy and we issued a room on the 3rd floor looking into Rose St(one of the bigger rooms). The room was a good size with space around the large king size bed, a desk and chair and a well equipped toilet/walk-in shower. All lights, heating are controlled from the panel on the bed head board. During the undoing Coronavirus pandemic, rooms are only serviced on request which was suitable for us during our stay. The hotel has a small bar area on the ground floor with floor to ceiling windows giving guests the opportunity to look into Rose St. all precautions have been taken for COVID with guest details taken prior to being allocated a table. Guests also have the facility of getting free coffee and tea in the bar area to either drink in the bar or take to your room. We had breakfast in the mornings at a cost of £5pppd which was great value providing a good continental breakfast that set us up for the day. This is a good hotel and would recommend this to all travellers.

Room Tip: Pay for a bigger room as the small rooms are a bit on the small size.

I cannot fault the Premiere Inn Hub. The rooms are clean and comfy, with modern bathroom facilities. The movie channel was an added bonus. The rooms are small, but adequate. The location is fantastic for the royal mile and close to Waverley station. The breakfast was a set menu, but good value for money. The staff are friendly and happy to help.

I just have to give praise to the Edinburgh Hub Premier Inn Royal Mile Head girl Alina who works the morning shift. I had a problem with my room and she showed a keenness to make my stay truly exceptional with a room upgrade and complimentary drinks. Whilst her colleagues often show bias in their delivery of customer service and base whether they show basic service principles on race and creed, and who can be counted upon to be petty and catty at any given notice, Alina has continually provided a fair, unbiased, professional and friendly service consistently regardless of race and it is a testament to her good breeding, good work ethics and excellent leadership skills. She has certainly been a credit in meeting the expectations of the Hub Premier Inn brand and her polished customer care and professionalism is always missed when she is not on shift. I hope that her quality performance and conduct does not go unnoticed by her Managers and that she is fully rewarded. Unfortunately due to my four month stay, as this star staff member cannot be expected to work round the clock, I have asked my Company to upgrade me to another Hotel so that I can enjoy my nice long stay

You know exactly where you are with a premier inn Bare in mind the hubs are much smaller but have better room amenities, going downstairs for a coffee still bugs me! There is a standard premier inn door which I think I would book over this one Amazingly we paid £31 a night for a location 2 mins from the royal mile - Bargain!!
