Just stayed there this weekend .Have to say it was just beautiful .Clean and fresh with fabulous bedroom and a really super breakfast. Lady that owns it was really friendly and you felt a genuine sense that she was making sure of a great stay.

cheap budget accomodation and adequate breakfast. Very clean though and rooms maintained well. Friendly staff. Location is walking distance into town and Leith. Overall a great experience for a couple on a budget in Edinburgh in the peak season.
