Had to stay here for a quarantine. Couldn't leave for 11 days. Woke up multiple nights with bite marks on my legs and face. Trying to convince the management to inspect the room for fleas after my stay is proving difficult. Food didn't agree with me either, had the runs the morning after whenever I ate a meal there. The heating turns off randomly and the rooms are draughty near the window. The service staff and cleaners were nice though!

This hotel is very convenient both for its price and its location, near the airport and with free car park for its guests. It's obviously designed for short stays, though it's equipped with all the essentials. Our room was spartan, but clean, with a glazed shower enclosed in a niche and open to the room itself - so keep it in mind if you share your room. Breakfast is complimentary and it's good, maybe not too varied, but appropriate for the price. If needed, you may have dinner here: there are a few standard options, which might not be top-class, though they won't let you starve either. Staff is polite and professional. Good Covid regulations in place. Great price.

I’ve sent a few messages and not had a reply and I’ve also been trying to ring a few times with no answer. I’ve even tried different departments to put me through but still nothing. Highly frustrated is an understatement

Very clean room with confident adherence to all Covid protocols. Perfectly air conditioning and heating with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Free adjacent parking and close to tram station giving good access to City Centre.
