This B&B is run by a very sweet and genuine couple. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the bus ride to Edinburgh city centre only take 15 mins. The bus stop is right outside the house.

On first overall introduction . Quite outstanding & reasonably priced. Clean, well-maintained. Street parking, Reliable bus service to town centre. However, the surprise, was the insistency of removing shoes, by the front door (irrelevant of wet or muddy). Not come across this before. The proprietor, very polite & helpful, although did not meet Mrs. Proprietor, which I'd have preferred, at...

Just stayed at The Crioch Guest House,Leith Links for two nights - good value for money, central for the city without being too close.Bus stop right outside the property with a very decent regular service into centre if required. Hosts very friendly without being "in your face" & on hand if there was anything we required. Recommend to friends and family...

I stayed at that place several times as it is now my favorite for my business trips. Wonderful couple, most kind and helpful, do everything right and offer all help (including booking taxis etc) . Very pretty accomodation, comfortable, clean and quiet! And the breakfast is just great!

My friend and I spent three nights at the Crioch on the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed in the least. The house sets high standards of cleanliness and the "no shoes indoors" policy is no doubt conducive to this (I happened to bring slippers with me, which was useful). I found the location to be quiet...

The bathroom (en suite)was modern and spotlessly clean, The bed was super, and Dora and her husband were wonderfully helpful. The breakfast was super, I particularly enjoyed all the fresh fruit with my cornflakes. The bus from the bus stop outside tok me...

On business in Edinburgh for a fortnight, my work colleague and myself could not get booked into our usual hotels due to the festival, however our secretary managed to get us into the Crioch. What a surprise we got when arriving, the welcome from proprietor Dora was lovely and warm, the rooms thoroughly clean, information of local eating places were...
