We loved everything about our stay. The staff were so friendly and provided exceptional service. The hotel is spotless and has adapted well to Covid. The food was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast and both were great. Highly recommend.
Had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and plenty of hand sanitiser everywhere (even in the lifts). Great service and the staff were very helpful and obliging. The room was lovely and we had great views across the city. We dined in the hotel both for breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. At breakfast the food is brought to your table on a plate rather than a buffet so if you want more of an item you need to specify eg. 2 sausages. We had a great stay and can't wait to return.
My partner and I were very excited to stay here after reading so many rave reviews on Tripadvisor, but ultimately left extremely disappointed. Hotel staff were very cold and unhelpful, and whilst the rooms were clean I think it is unacceptable bed linen is not changed daily in a 4 star hotel. Most frustratingly, on the day of our departure we were unable to leave luggage at the hotel, and instead had to leave it at the Left Luggage facility at Waverley. Whilst I understand changes have to be made due to COVID-19, I struggle to understand how luggage storage could present a significant transmission risk. We will not be staying here or recommending this hotel to others.
Amazing hotel stay before and after our wedding at the surgeon hall museum. Hotel room and sky suite were both amazing and the Prosecco and chocolates after our wedding was a lovely touch. Thank you again
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and very professional maintaining Social distancing while providing a first class experience. Breakfast was great too all in all a great stay at a great price
