    Fantastic accomodation.

    You cannot beat this deal! Right around the corner from the Edinburgh Playhouse and a beautiful park. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy quiet. The new management has made vast improvements since I was there last year. Great continental breakfast.

    Great little hotel

    Stayed for 6 nights. Great location. Easy 10 minute walk to Princes Street. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice continental breakfast in the mornings. Secure location. I will definitely look this place up again when I visit Edinburgh again.

    Very disappointed!

    Just back from three night stay at this hotel! On arrival no bath towels (forgot it was Bank hol in scotland)so n clean towels arrived! Very s happy room with less than adequate furniture that was wobbly chairs to sit on and wardrobe taped together...More
