What a way to start our holidays! Perfect place to stay. We spent four nights here. Carolyn was lovely and helpful with transport and recommended places to eat.....we took her up on 2 off them and they were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and homely. The breakfast.....all I can say is I am a few kilos heavier after I left....

Very nice place to stay for a day or more near Edinburgh. We'd been driving all day and were really tired but didn't have any reservations done for when we arrived in Edinburgh. As luck would have it they had one room left at Aaron Glen. Rooms were £60 for a couple. If you want breakfast it's an extra £10...

We made Aaron Glen Guest House our central stay for visits to Edinborough. From our first meeting with our host Carolyn, we were home away from home. We were guided to bus routes, restaurants and many places to visit in the area that were not on the sightseeing maps. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are wonderfully done to...

I spent three nights here in August during the Fringe Festival. Carolyn was a very gracious host and it seemed she got to know her guests. Breakfasts in the morning were stupendous and filling. Bus stops a 4 minute walk outside of the house was quite convenient running into town. Even the Night Bus (N37) stopped in front of Aaron...

Ample parking, warm welcome, help your self bar, first class fresh breakfast from Scottish to Egg Benedict! Spacious rooms, modern bathrooms frittered with high end luxury fittings & Rain shower heads. I searched for days to find some reasonable accommodation with some standards and I was shocked at majority of B&B's who offered similar price poor accommodation and when I...

We have stayed in lots of small hotels & B&B's and this was by far the best. It was easy to find, only 6 miles from the centre of Edinburgh and two miles or so from the City Bypass. On arrival we were given a really warm welcome by the owners. Our large, bright & airy room was modern &...
