Harry was so helpful with luggage and general advice. Room was comfortable and roomy for an Edinburgh b&b. Breakfast was excellent and in lovely setting. Within easy walking distance to variety of eateries incl. Tesco. Close to galleries, trams, Castle etc.

If you're looking for a quiet nights' sleep, look elsewhere. Since there's no air conditioning or fan, you must leave the window open to get some air. It's a very busy street with the bus terminal being nearby, so it's very noisy. Bring your ear...More

Th Elder York Guest House doesn’t have any car parking facilities. However it is close to public transport. The airport tram is within 5 minutes and the Waverley Train Station only 10 minutes walk away.
