well located to get to in your car and still be close to the city centre. The hotel is on a bus stop which has several lines. try to get a room on the second floor at the backside, here you can get good views of Arthurs Seat, the staff is as always friendly and helpfull, and the English breakfast...

Hotel very handy to town, buses every 10 minutes. Room clean and comfortable. There seems to be an air lock in the pipes of our room as they made a rather loud noise when the taps are used. There needs to be a grab bar in the shower, the bath side is very high and can be slippy getting in....

Stayed two nights while visiting family. Friendly helpful staff and good food downstairs in the Beefeater, especially the steak it was beautiful. Bus route right outside with a 30 minute trip to city centre. The room was of good standard with everything you need. The shower was excellent and didn't switch from hot to cold as hotel showers are prone...

Queen size bed (ie only 3ft 6" wide) not the kingsize hypnose bed advertised or promised in the good night sleep guarantee - wouldn't mind if I'd been told before booking two rooms for two nights. Bed is old and moves everytime one of us rolls over - quite nauseating and not conducive to sleep - hence typing this at...

This was my young son's first trip away - we live in northern Ireland. Our 3 night stay was very enjoyable. Our room was spotless and kept to a high standard by the lovely woman who cleaned our room daily. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the continental breakfast - kids eat free and it certainly...

Just spent 2 nights at this hotel. Plenty of car parking. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was huge, very clean and the bathroom the same. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and taking the meal deal with the room was by far the best option. As for location staff...

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently, the room was clean and tidy, the location has a bus stop just outside that gets you into the city centre, only £1.60 for a single trip. The room we stayed in was with 2 others on the first floor, in a different area from the others on the same floor, after...

The room was cramped and stiflingly hot at 27.5 degrees. The window opening was limited to a crack and the room was cluttered with a stand up fan and an evaporation air conditioner. The combined effort of all three lowered the room temp. by 0.5 degrees. The window looked out over the extractor fan for the restaurant so there was...

Great room in great location. Easy bus access to town (outside the door). Staff friendly and helpful. Bed REALLY comfortable. Easy parking. We left the car here in the morning before check in and bussed into town. Restaurant attached but we didn't use it. Tesco express next door. Great value.
