great location, easy access to Edinburgh and Portabella Beach, good area on main road with easy reach of buses etc, good restaurant and nice staff, nothing was to much for the staff no matter what time of night

Stayed one night, I had room 5 which was cold, the window is not double glazed and the draught was terrible, the slope out of the bathroom can be a bit disconcerting but I got used to it ! The room is next to reception so you can hear the vending machine cooler , the door to the hotel and...

This was my first stay at a Premier Inn, and overall very good. Better than the Travelodge, but because it is an old building the floor slopes alot. The only disappointment was that the bathroom was cold and the radiator wasn't big enough to warm it. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. :)

Brilliant location on the outskirts of the city. A short bus ride into the city; frequent buses. Restaurant is OK akthough we went to Asda for breakfast 5 minutes away in the other direction at The Jewel. The room itself must have been a smoking room many years ago as there was a slight smell in the room and it...

Nice room, comfy bed, very clean, towels provided, handy restaurant, free carparking, nice staff, good for business stay. Handy out of centre location but readily accessible by car. Standard wifi poor , don't like having to pay upgrade for standard business requirement for good wifi speed. Overall pleasant experience and would use again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights (2 adults/2 children ages 6&11) for a family break. Upon arriving was welcomed warmly from the receptionist who checked to see if our room was ready as arrived earlier than check in time and was. Room was clean and tidy and had no noise issues within or outside hotel. Used Beefeater restaurant...

Checked in today for 1 night and have had a great time so far. Hotel very easy to find, although on a busy road, there is no traffic noise that we've noticed. It might be an older Premier Inn, but the staff are brilliant and the bar & restaurant are more like a local pub, with great atmosphere - there...

This hotel is located a short bus ride away from Edinburgh City Centre. The bus stop is at the end of the drive and takes 10 minutes, costing £1.50 (single) per adult. The beds are comfortable and customer service was good. The free car parking was also a big, big winner for us. There is a chip shop opposite called...

The room was pleasant enough but at £10 a taxi fare frrom the centre it was too far out for our party. We took the bus £1.50 into the city on a couple of occasions. The hotel and the restaurant staff at breakfast were superb. standard premier Inn rooms adequate and reasonable value

Stayed for a long weekend, very friendly staff, lovely clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Shower is amazing. Very easy to get into the city centre, buses run all night and take about 20 minutes which can be caught right outside the hotel. Even though it's on a main road there is no noise. Would stay there again if I...
