Stayed 3 nights as had a job on site very local to hotel (walking distance). Room facilities fine, but didn't sleep first two nights - first night because of high winds (window was right under eaves and wind noise constant) and second night because bathroom fan would not go off. Fan fixed next evening by very kind & obliging member of staff, plus alternative room offered without quibble. Huge thanks to Michelle, who was great. Other than the night noise, great stay.

Hotel's Favourite
Had to travel to Edinburgh for essential reasons and was uncomfortable about having to stay over, but very impressed with this Premier Inn. Standard Premier Inn double room, very clean and well presented. Ever staff member we came across very clued up on the cure Covid regulations which made our stay much less stressful.

Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Booked online and when arrived found that the accessible room I thought I had booked came to be a double room (website had jumped around) after some time the very helpful receptionist was able to change the booking as I explained my mobility issues meant I was unable to use a standard bathroom and would therefore NEVER have knowingly book one. Once settled was able to enjoy my stay. Used the brewers fayre everyone was pleasant and helpful and felt all guidance for COVID were met. Lovely views of the lighthouse and would recommend a walk along the shoreline. New Asda close. Free parking an advantage. Close to ocean terminal shopping centre 7 min walk.

This premier inn was very clean, and was working within the covid rules very well. The room was perfect for our needs. The brewers fayre attached to the inn was serving a reduced menu due to covid, but was still perfectly fine for our 4 nights stay. All the staff were friendly and very happy to help, especially Claire on the breakfast, she was very professional and gave excellent service. I would like to give the following feedback however. Every meal we would place our order on line and put any special requests in the comments section as instructed, but every meal something always seemed to go wrong, and was not always as hot as it should have been. It was the same for the breakfast, the server always seemed to write everything down, but what came was always slightly different. It didn't worry us too much, as the food was good when it came apart from one breakfast which was cold, but this was very quickly addressed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Attention has been paid to ensuring Covid rules adherence. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Many thanks!
