Great location, value for money, helpful staff, my only criticism would be the layout of the breakfast room, found it very uncomfortable people trying to get past you whilst your eating, even the staff looked to be struggling to get through the tables, the room...More

Thanks for your review Puddy, I am pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay, I do agree our breakfast area can become busy at peak times, we have tried to introduce a traffic light system in order to reduce busy periods, however sadly this...More

Dear Steve, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with some elements of your stay, I am not sure if these were bought to the attention of our team, my apologies however for the inconvenience. Unfortunately due to us...More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the holiday Inn for four nights recently. We left booking accommodation very late and while the hotel wasn't the cheapest (350 euro for four nights) I couldn't complain about our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our...More

I've stayed here a few times now whilst on business. I have to say, it's over priced for an express, it really is. I've stayed at the drurys and crown plaza who offer a restaurant and by far better rooms for a little less. Location,...More

Dear Alistair, Thank you for your review and indeed your loyalty to IHG, we do feel that our prices are inline with the rest of the city, our hotel does generally run at high occupancy room 311 is a room that is selected as a...More

This hotel is extremely well located, and my request for a quiet room was honoured. BUT, two people in a standard double with a duvet that is only as wide as the bed make for a very uncomfortable night if you are used to bigger...More

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the size of the bed within your room, the bed size is a standard double bed and is the duvet, it is never our intention to cause upset to our...More

No free parking, but you can get parked at the front of the hotel if you wait long enough. But you have to pay for parking fees and be up early in the morning so you dont get caught out with a parking fine.
