It is not central located but it is 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city center, which is fine. Rooms are nice, toilets are cleaned and good. Not noisy, nice and tasty breakfast. Not expensive at all. The house is nice and cozy.

First time in Scotland, visited Edinburgh for my birthday weekend. The Conifers is a lovely homely B&B, spotlessly clean, good breakfast and friendly hosts. We had room 4 which is extremely comfortable. Would recommend to friends.
