Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it immensely. Our host/owner really made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious (especially the eggs and smoked salmon) and our room was very comfortable. It's very handy for both the city and Leith as the buses run right outside the property. What more could one want? Vera, his lovely dog, (poodle/schnauzer)...

We have stayed at Ardmor House 4 or 5 times now and my title says it all! Good situation half way between Edinburgh and Leith making the centre of Edinburgh easy to reach as are the Leith restaurants. Lovely rooms, great breakfasts and the hosts are most helpful booking restaurants etc. Convenient and good value

I booked this hotel 3 months before our stay and at the last minute had to make a request for an extra bed to be added to our room. Barry and Robin went out of their way to accommodate our request despite it being very last minute and also despite their being fully booked. I know that this was a...

We stayed here for a long weekend for Piglet's birthday. We stayed in a wonderful large room and we're made very welcome by Robin & the team. There was a great choice of hotels and cold choices for breakfast - one of the widest choices we have seen! This B&B is in a great location for exploring Edinburgh. Highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious and Robin made some terrific suggests for lunches or dinner or for using public transit. Ardmor House is very convenient to the...

This B&B is so cute and clean. My room was great - huge, comfy bed, nice bedding, private bathroom and lots of room. The owners are amazing, helpful and friendly. They do have a small dog, so there is some noise associated with that but it's not bad. They provide homemade shortbread, maps and directions, if needed. They serve up...

We absolutely loved staying here. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable as well convenient to the city center. We were able to easily walk to see the sites. Breakfast was really good and a lot of homemade pastries. As dog lovers, we also fell for their adorable and playful puppy.

I booked this B&B on the strength of previous Tripadviser reviews and it certainly lived up to expectations. Robin and Barry are so thoughtful - my travel arrangements were a bit complicated but thanks to them everything went smoothly. The place is extremely conveniently placed with a bus stop outside the house and Robin advised that I buy a day...
