We stayed here for 2 nights, it is conveniently placed to the centre of Edinburgh. The staff were wonderful! They remembered our breakfast order and were happy and extremely helpful. I would recommend the hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean

We visit here every weekend for pre football drinks, the bar is always busy and you always get a welcoming reception. The drinks are very fairly priced and you are always served promptly and quickly. Large wide screen tv with the football/rugby playing which is always great!

We stayed at The Ardmillan Hotel on Saturday 13th February as we were up in Edinburgh for a wedding. We arrived early but were able to check in. The added bonus of being able to park at the hotel was fab - saved us worrying and paying for parking. Our room was large light and spacious and as well as...

The Hotel is charming as the people who manages it. From Simon to the rest of the staff, they all took care of my in a lovely and welcoming way. Pints are awesome, local people were also up to have a chat and really interested in a foreign as myself and shown me and shared their culture, including an accordion...

We slept here for one night on our Scotland tour. The staff was very kind. The cleaning of the bathroom could have been a bit better, but it was not disturbing. If you would like this hotel just to sleep, it is ok.

Stayed overnight so we could visit our brand new granddaughter down the road. Staff were really helpful and friendly and happy to accommodate our gluten free needs. Room and ensuite were clean and warm.

While this hotel could never be classed as great, a lot of effort has been put into making it good and a worthwhile visit. The staff were all very friendly and engaging. The bar is very comfortable, a G+T was reasonably priced and the wifi was more efficient down there than it was in the rooms. I was mesmerised by...

Stayed here in June while visiting Edinburgh. The hotel is in a great location where you can walk in to the city centre or catch the bus easily. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful showing us the route in to town, advising us how to get to specific attractions, even helping us to print out...

I booked a classic double bedroom for my family that involves couple and a kid .I was allocated a room that's quite big for 3 of us. Although , my initial impression on the hotel was good, it waned as the time passed by because of the rude behavior of the staffs over there ,especially the one who takes care...
