Having stayed at a St Christopher's in Paris, this hostel is like the ugly, old and undesirable uncle that no one likes to see. I would start by listing the good things about my experience first, but I really struggle to come up with anything. The best thing I can think of is the location which is reasonably close to...

Beautiful old building with the most charm I have ever seen built into a hostel. The food at Belushi's was outstanding and affordable. Activities were plentiful and the staff was helpful, friendly, and willing to hang out with this old man. Classy establishment with an amazing staff.

The room I had was pretty standard, there was another girl there the first night and the second night I had the six bed dorm all to myself. It...

Showers with less than a dribble in both private rooms we stayed in (moved to another room after first room's shower not working but next room exactly the same problem). So anyway had to use the communal showers after all. Manager was very helpful and gave us a discount and free cooked breakfast but rest of staff seemed to lack...

Location is perfect - so handy to everything... It's a shame that this is the only positive. Check in was conducted by someone who didn't seem to have much of a clue as to what she was doing. The lift was out of order so we lugged our 2 x 20kg bags up 4 flights of stairs and opened the...

We stayed three nights and had to get changed into three different rooms due to the first night the boiler room making our heater make the loudest noise I've ever heard and making it all night so we got about 2 hours sleep, than we asked to swap rooms the next day so the receptionist booked us in a new...

Although it's personal is really kind and the place is clean, wifi connection never works, the common areas aren't cozy at all, there's drunk people in the rooms and people having sex, and the staff didn't managed to change our room... Really uncomfortable to deal with these things

“4 bedroom ensuite highly recommended. Ask for room 45/46 which both have a good view over the city. Plus they are quieter with less noise.”
