We have dined at No.11 several times times and have always loved it so decided to give their home dining taster menu experience a try. We are so glad we did as it certainly didn't disappoint. We did this as a birthday treat and it turned out to be the perfect way to help us forget that we are in lock-down. I won't bore you with too much detail but we had the following 5 courses; Pork & Apple Terrine, Pan Seared Fillet of Mackerel, Cream Crispy Parsnip Soup, Prime Scottish Beef Fillet Truffle Potatoes and finally Glazed Chocolate & Cherry Mousse Cake. Each course course was absolutely exquisite and was the perfect size to leave you feeling very satisfied but not overly full. The lovely little touch of a tealight in a glass holder along with napkins, was greatly appreciated. Susan was so friendly and kind when we collected the food. We cannot thank her and her team enough. Can't wait to dine onsite when you open in a few days.

It's been an awful year in so many ways for so many people so when someone or a team makes your day it's so very special. For me the team and Proprietor of this magnificent hotel went over and beyond making my 70th birthday wonderful with their scrumptious afternoon tea delivery.....even though they had no more delivery slots and were working flat out Susan the fabulous Proprietor arranged for a delivery to make my day..and that she did. Thank you every one who has put a little light on my special day. You should all be so proud of yourselves.

We had an amazing stay in Number 11. The bed and bath in the Georgian suite were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and absolutely loved Marcel in the dining room, who was such fun and spoiled us rotten whilst running up and down the stairs serving another couple room service in their bedroom! Probably because you can have alcohol served in your room. We had a wee glass of fizz before dinner. The food was delicious my venison was perfectly cooked and we loved everything. In the morning we were greeted by Irene (said in the Spanish way) who looked after us very well too. Giving me a wonderful tour of all the new bedrooms. Great breakfast too. I would love to go back and I hope they can open up again soon. Meanwhile I am going to enjoy one of their take away five course menus. As to be honest it was the staff that made the night a magical experience.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel as a pre-Christmas treat and oh my goodness it was FAB! We were greeted by a lovely young man who showed us around and guided us to our room. The Hotel is so tastefully decorated and the suite we chose was immaculately clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food and wine that we ordered to the room was just delicious!! We will definitely be back!
