Stayed here for my friends stag do. This is the best hotel for a stag do there was no families there so no getting in trouble for make a too much noise. Breakfast wasn't the best but helped with the hang over.

Stayed in this B&B for just 1 night in a double room that was clean but its furniture and overall design was basic and dated, the bedding sheets were very faded and indicated it could have been used there for decades. Also the room, despite a radiator, was cold as windows were single-glazed, so had to use wall electric heater...

Fab hotel..staff were friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble..room clean and tidy..great Breakfast plenty to eat and hot..would recommend to friends and family ..wi fi provided and parking on request.

We were a group of three girls looking for a budget city location for a Christmas weekend stay in Edinburgh and we stumbled across this gem. About 30mins from the airport and a 20min walk to the main town, the location was perfect. Small, family run hotel with really friendly and very helpful staff. Great selection at breakfast. Decent shower....

I have travelled extensively around Scotland and as an English man, love the place. But why do so many of the Guest houses and the odd hotel choose to start serving breakfast at 9am. Half the day has gone by the time you have finished your breakfast, if you can wait that long! "Claremont Hotel is one of these places...

Stayed here for one night whilst on a night away on the drink, hotel.was ideal reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Ideal location about 5 mins in a taxi from George Street. Definitely be staying here again on a return visit
