This guest house is so lovely, clean and quiet. It welcomes you as soon as you enter. The room was clean and beautiful. I really liked it's soft touches that it has. Beautiful and relaxing. It has everything you need, even a kettle and all what you need for a cup of tea, or coffee. The breakfast is good enough...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Parking was just right in front of the hotel. (Tour) bus stop was also right outside the hotel so very convenient for travel. Accommodating host! Lovely breakfast. Room was nice too. Tea & Coffee replenished every day. Highly recommended!

It is one of Scotland's "Best B&Bs" and perfectly comfortable and clean. Parking available across a very busy street in a public lot. About a ten-minute bus ride (#27) to downtown Edinburgh. Breakfasts are great. Wendy very helpful. .Good wi-fi, too. Overall, a great place to stay.

“For great views, select a room on the entrance side, for quieter rooms, select one on the opposite side (as there is a busy street next to the entrance). Long narrow stairs lead to each floor, so getting to the rooms on the second floor requires some exercise :-)”
