This hotel is ideally situated for all the attractions, we were able to walk to almost everywhere we needed to go. The hotel itself is a fairly inconspicuous sort of building but the staff were excellent and the food also but there was no draught beer offering (due to covid) and the bottled beer was barely chilled. However this is 2020 and nothing is like it should be.

Have to travel to the city for work a few times a year and come here every time. Staff are excellent, very professional, and very helpful. Wish I could remember names but everyone who was working between 22nd and 24th September has my sincere thanks. It’s a strange time for hotel staff as well as customers with all the restrictions but was always left confident that staff had everything in hand. You can always rely on having a good quality room, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. Will keep coming here.

We went for treatments and they were nice but it felt like the staff were headless chickens. No one was in charge, hardly anyone was wearing a mask (customers & staff). We were left to wander about unsure where to go. I appreciate things are tricky just now but come on. Macdonalds social media claims it’s all very safe and organised. It’s anything but. Wouldn’t recommend until they get their acts together.

The receptionist was very unfriendly, she did not allow my pregnant wife to use the hotels bathrooms. The reason were COVID problems, she said we have to go somewhere elss, but she could not help us to find an available alternative.
