At check in Ian was exceptionally helpful with my requests and got my visit to Edinburgh off to a great start. Great city centre location and peaceful too. Thank you. Nice breakfasts and efficient operation.

Nice clean hotel, well situated and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and overall a very nice experience. The parking lot is a bit small but they manage it nicely by moving cars when necessary. They should add hair conditioner in the bathroom though.
