We were pleased to find Kirklea to stay at for two nights during the Edinburgh festival as prices elsewhere were through the roof! Our room was comfy and quiet, bathrobes and slippers are a nice touch. We shared a bathroom with one other room so never had to wait. Breakfast was delicious, a wide choice of cooked items plus cereal...

Stayed in this B&B for a couple of nights and I really enjoyed my stay there and I will certainly be back if I get the chance. We stayed for 3 nights in the Kirklea in September 2011. We had a double room with a shared bathroom (which posed no problems at all and had a bath and shower). We stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom next door, because the other (5) rooms were full. But since there is only one other room that uses the shared bathroom, we never had to wait. The room was a lot bigger than we expected from a B&B and it was very clean, equipped with a kettle, TV, bathrobes...
