Everything about this B&B was perfection. Accommodation, breakfasts and the welcome. City Centre an easy walk and lots of restaurants within easy reach. A fantastic base from which to explore Edinburgh.

Our First visit to this B&B and spent 3 nights. A comfortable, good sized room and outstanding breakfasts provided. Within easy walking distance of the centre or a short bus ride for the less energetic. Would unhesitatingly recommend to others.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Peaceful, beautifully appointed and just what you need away from the bright lights of the city centre and only 5 minutes walk. Its a real home from home with a great breakfast too
