A colleague and I were working in England and decided to take a quick trip to Scotland for some whisky tasting. We stayed at the Cramond Mill and found this B&B to be quite and comfortable. The location is right along the Almond river and a few minutes walk to the bay/sea. The breakfast is wonderful and service was friendly...

Excellent for a brief stay away, with Cramond Inn a short walk away for food and drinks, a beautiful location which needs to be explored. We travelled by car, but there are Buses that will call nearby.

Myself and my partner stayed here for one night while attending a wedding locally and I wish we were staying longer! The room was beautiful; gorgeous en-suit, fresh flowers, big squishy pillows, fabulous pieces of furniture and a wonderful view of the river. The hosts are very welcoming and the cooked breakfast was top notch. It's a wonderful place to...

Very good bed and breakfast in a quieter place of Edinburgh, so you can have a good nights sleep without noise. It has a very positive and relaxed atmosphere so you don't feel rushed. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is served fresh and nice. Also has nice scenery around it.

As regular visitors to Edinburgh we have stayed here several times. Unless rooms were unavailable we wouldn't stop anywhere else. The location is beautiful and the rooms comfortable and well equipped with a boutique hotel feel. Elaine always makes us extremely welcome whatever time we arrive and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is lovely and generous enough to...

Lovely room with antic Chinese bed and cabinet. LCD Tv and WIFI. En-suite bathroom with good shower. Very good breakfast, continental or good old fashioned English, the fresh baked scones, which also are baked constantly during the day for the many guests who stop over for a drink, coffee, tea or home made soup. Elaine and Ali make you feel like...

A frosty welcome, even more frosty rooms and a distinct lack of hospitality. We were given the wrong room and then then told to move with no hint of an apology as our arrival at 6pm, an hour earlier than the owner expected (although not than we expected!), was apparently the cause of the error. No heating in either of...

My daughter and I booked this for a last minute escape from London, wanting to leave the big city and never having visited Scotland. This B&B is perfect! It's at the very last stop on the end of a bus line from the Edinburgh train station (we don't have a car), so we could sightsee during the day and escape...

Out of this world is this Bed and Breakfast Place. Situated by a river, a waterfall nearby and the sea just a small walk away, its an historical place with splendid nature that can only be topped by the hospitality and the atmoshere in the house created by the artistic hostess. The scottish breakfast in the morning is also an...

The Mill was spectacular.......Salem the black cat was such a bonus......shared one of Elaine's delicious scones one afternoon with him....so much f-u-n! Elaine, her husband ad staff were just amazing! Only bummer was that we did not get to...
