Me and my boyfriend stayed here and thought it was an excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. By mistake we booked the smaller room and the hotel placed us in a bigger room for free and with no hastily at all! Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean, couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Great location for the popular tourist attractions!

I stayed at this hotel in the first week of September. Spotless room, friendly and efficient staff in all parts of the hotel, whether reception, the bar, restaurant etc. It's my second stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again (typo on my Google review said 'would' which I've now rectified!). The location is fantastic too and very central.

Very modern and clean hotel in an excellent location. They were kind enough to upgrade my room (as a Marriott Titanium member) and put me in a very quiet room towards the back, giving me a great night’s sleep every night. The bed was really comfortable. The cardio equipment in the gym was useful. Their safe “one guest at a time” pre-booking policy for the gym is brilliant. My highest praise goes to the friendly, outstanding staff. Their customer service is top notch and they are responsive via the Marriott app messenger and also wonderful in person at the front desk. All my staff interactions were spectacular. Gosia, James, and all the others were superstars when I needed to extend my reservation multiple times, arrange housekeeping, book breakfast, or anything else. All the staff at this hotel are wonderful. Breakfast had a nice variety of everything I would ever want, including hot made to order food. This hotel is definitely my new go-to hotel in Edinburgh.…

I would like to say a great big thank you to the staff at the hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Despite the COVID restrictions in Edinburgh, the hotel was very accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean with hand sanitiser everywhere. The staff were very pleasant and explained the restrictions around the city. We dined in the restaurant, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable. Breakfast was very good and the service was great. I was impressed with the measures the hotel had taken to protect the staff and guests. The hotel was very a reasonable prices and the rooms were amazing. Thanks again to all the staff.
