My 4th stay here, simply because the atmosphere is good, the place is well managed and the food excellent. The 'Executive Room' was spacious and comfortable. A definite favourite. Wifi is temperamental however.

My friend and I stayed for one night on (literally) a flying visit. Really pleased with the rooms, which were spotless and comfortable. Enjoyed the bar with a good selection of real ales and then had a very good meal. Interesting area to walk around with a combination of history ( castle) and shops. All in all an enjoyable stay...

We only stayed one night...we should have stayed longer and will do next time. From arrival to leaving the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. This is not a luxury hotel but the prices reflect that.Don't let it put you off though. It is a cracking wee bar with decent rooms.Great range of real ales and we were offered tasters which was good.Good...

The room was lovely, the welcome was warm, the breakfast was fantastic and the location - great for the waterfront, the bars and restaurants of Broughty Ferry and with easy access to central Dundee couldn't be bettered. A really superb place to stay.

We arrived at this lovely hotel after our booking at a nearby hotel turned into a bit of a nightmare as they had messed up our booking. The staff at the Fisherman's tavern were just fantastic, they booked my husband and I into an adapted room and my sister into a triple room , all at short notice. The adapted...

Visited the Fisherman's for lunch after walking to Broughty Ferry from Dundee, had worked up quite an appetite and thirst. We were warmly welcomed by staff and after selecting our drinks picked a nice table and settled to study the menu. Plenty of choice on the menu and good to see a number of different fish dishes both on the...

Great stay at the tavern for a few days while up here on business. Will definitely return shortly. The staff are always ready to help and the food is first class. The breakfasts are tip top, the rooms are spacious and the bar meals are good value. Txs to Halina and all the guys and girls who work there. 👍

I found the hotel Staff to be courteous and attentive at the various stages of my stay from administration at check-in and check-out, to carrying my luggage up the stairs to my enSuite, to staff who cooked my breakfast. I was impressed with breakfast of which there is a choice of cooked as well as cold. The room is impressively...
