Great place to stay fantastic staff and great food. The rooms are all a good size. I was there for five weeks and stayed in at least 3 of the rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful The food is good and a good choice. Great for town centre location

One night stay. Short walk from railway station. Close to city centre shopping and nightlife. Helpful reception staff. Double room was very large and a great price. Lots of storage space. Comfortable bed. Large ensuite bathroom. View of city centre and Tay bridge from hotel window.

Only stayed 1 night, the hotel itself is fine and staff were lovely. There is a free on site car park which has a barrier entry and you get a code from reception to exit when you leave. Didn't try the food as we were out for a friend's wedding. The room was an ok size with a nice bathroom...

Very comfortable, beautiful building in central Dundee. Staff great, great value. Good choice of breakfast. Well appointed room. Limited business facilities - one PC and printer in small reception area. Compensated by strong free Wi-Fi.

Got everything I expected from this place, was only staying one night as was going out on the town with friends so only needed a bed to collapse in at the end of the night. I was impressed with the shower some hotel showers are really weak, the one in my room was really powerful. TV was a little on...

Our friends, my husband and I booked into the hotel on Friday 3 March for 2 nights. Rooms were cleaning and average size. On the Saturday we were told about 2 weddings taking place in the hotel. One was in the lower part of the hotel and in the rooms below our rooms. We understood people were enjoying an event...

Thankyou for your review sorry you were disturbed by the functions in the hotel and I take your point that we should have allocated you in a higher floor. Glad you enjoyed your stay .

My husband and I have just had the most fabulous wedding at the Queens Hotel. From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out the morning after our wedding, everything ran smoothly. We had our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception all in the hotel, all in different rooms to accommodate our needs. The events manager, Sean did...

Set in a good location, close to the City Centre. Hotel is a little tired looking but the room was roomy and clean. The bathroom also had a good size shower. Breakfast is in a very strangely decorated room. The food is fine for the price of the place.

Me and a colleague staying here tonight. Rooms dated no baths. Tired we ordered hunters chicken and wraps. Alarmingly the hunters chicken arrived completely pink inside dangerously undercooked. The manager offered a free pint and replacement and told us the steamer was at fault. Best Western!!!!! I will never eat or stay here again if it wasn't 10pm I'd find...

Thankyou for taking the time to review the hotel I am sorry about the Chicken being undercooked. The hotel room you were in has recently been totally refurbished and the decor was chosen to reflect the period that the hotel was created , but I am sorry that in your opinion thought it was dated.
