Cheap, great value for money, £40 for 2 nights in my own room. Shared bathroom facilities but at that price you cannot complain. Am sure I will be back there again. Bring ur own towel as they dnt seem to supply them. Secure lock at bottom door, friendly staff and a security card to get in and out your room.

The room was very warm when 8 people were in it. One of our party was injured on a broken part of the bed. We found little army figures and flowers in our room along with cider caps. Luckily there was an old man who helped us in troubled times like being locked out. He was great for general banter...

Good, clean room. Bathroom next to me out of order but another one just along the corridor. Not everyone's thing but brilliant for me. Was on my own, out with pals and didn't want to spend £85 in another well known chain of "cheap rooms....!" Good comfy bed, easy to find. Polite staff on reception. Was very quiet all night...

I stayed at this hostel for three nights. The check-in assistant manager a Polish guy called Piotr was miserable and rude and looked like he wanted to be elsewhere. The initial room was very nice with an on suite bathroom except the lightbulb i the bathroom was not working. I politely asked Piotr if he could replace this but he...

My friend and I just wanted a wee night out in Dundee and came across this as a great cheap option to stay. The staff on reception were very welcoming and directed us to our room. We noticed quickly how quirky the decor and the layout of the building was however this was something we enjoyed. We were pleased to...

Very basic room, which was clean and tidy, decor was nice except for the plaster that fell off when we shut the big sash window, that looked down onto the square in front of the Caird hall. We didn't book a breakfast but there was a macDonald's round the corner for a macmuffin. Lots of steps up to our room, at...

That guy at the reception was CRAZY RUDE. I asked to see the room (50 quid a night) and He said to me that "They don't show the rooms before you pay" I've travelled in 5 continents and 56 countries...NEVER HEARD AN ANSWER LIKE THAT FROM AN HOSTEL. We arrived 25 minutes before the check in and he had us...

Can highly recommend. Stayed in a twin room with shared bathroom facilities. This backpackers is in a perfect location on the Main Street near the shops and plenty of pubs and cafes. I found the hostel to be quiet and the beds very comfy. The room had a small kitchen sink and a kettle. We were up on the third...
