Just a good hotel, a bit overpriced, but clean, comfortable easy and reliable. Would recommend for business trips and also if you need a stop off somewhere on a long journey! Hot breakfast isn't great but it's edible.

A well placed hotel, ideal to walk to from the railway station & also well placed for the city. I arrived late & was not due out till after lunch time so after breakfast I was offered a late check out, which was very good service. A nice breakfast included in the price, & a quiet restful sleep Thank you...

I had to stay overnight in Dundee during a business trip to Scotland, and booked this hotel. The hotel is very new, and in the lounge area you have some panoramic views of the river and beyond. The rooms were good and the bed comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The only draw back is the lack of a...

While visiting Dundee with a friend I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express, which is very well located in the center of Dundee - only two blocks from the pedestrian shopping area and malls. There is no free parking, but it is attached to an indoor parking building which will cost roughly 10-12 dollars a day - less if you...

A comfortable room on the 4th floor, but a lot of noise in the corridors at all times of the night and early morning from other parties of guests who didn't seem to care about the other guests. Staff were very good and friendly. Breakfast was mediocre, and not what I expected given the price paid for the room.

Dear Geoff W, Many thanks for taking the time to review your recent stay here at the Holiday Inn Express in Dundee. I am delighted you found your stay comfortable despite the noise from other guests. This is an area we constantly monitor with increased hotel walk rounds particularly during the night when noise is more likely. I do hope...

stayed here for the Kevin Bridges concert at the Caird Hall and have to say I was very impressed. Location great - couple of minutes from everything, room was very nice(free Wi-Fi although we didn't use it on this occasion), beds amazingly comfortable and all staff members hospitable and helpful. For £76 including breakfast it was great value too. I...

We were happy throughout our stay at HI Express. The check-in process was easy and the staff member was very helpful. The room was an average HI experience. Large enough to not feel claustrophobic; clean and tidy as expected. The room could do with a little TLC - bathroom looking a bit old and the carpet in need of a...

This hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. 3 adults shared a room with a double bed and a pullout sofa. Was tight, but for one night was not bad. The hotel locates in a good place near the city center (5 minutes to the city center). Our room was nice, warm and quiet, clean, and big enough for two people. Tasty and nourishing breakfast was included. There were plenty meals to choose from (but they were the same every day). Good wi-fi connection near the reception, very poor in...
