This is a wonderful place to stay in Moffat. Rooms are well presented, spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good too. Short walk to the town for dinner or shops. The hosts are very friendly and the service is top class.

I only stayed here for one night, well appointed and a few minutes from the town centre. The hosts are great and and the accommodation is spotless. I also had a few extras which expensive hotels have such as tissues, bottled water and a hairdryer. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B and look forward to returning and staying longer.

We enjoyed a one night stay in this fabulous B&B. The property was very clean and our room had both a double and single bed, making it ideal for a young family. The facilities were great and the hosts were lovely. Breakfast was superb too. A really nice experience.

I always think first impressions really do count. Booked this through booking.com who I highly rate. On arrival we were greeted by the grumpy owner who pointed out he had more rooms to clean, which was fine for us as we was looking for a place for lunch & kindly asked which direction to go, he pointed to the left... Just look at our other reviews if you want an honest reflection of the services we provide rather than believe this total fabrication of the truth. This was a couple who arrived over 3 hours early expecting their room to be ready at 11.15 am and demanded to know where the parking was before introducing themselves. Regarding directing them to... This guest house is underrated in my opinion. We don't walk in many rooms and say wow. The decor is modern and the bedding is absolutely top quality - the sort we would choose for ourselves. This was a real bonus as we do sometimes find that owners use very sub standard bedding. It was just lovely to be left... More

Spent the weekend here whilst attending the area for a wedding at Auchen Castle. Very reasonable prices, rooms of a good standard and with free WiFi. Couldn't do enough for us, very pleasant breakfast too, right on the main road for shops etc but not too busy/noisy. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were staying in Moffat as it isn't far away from the motorway. The car park is a little small, but very close to the B&B. We were welcomed in and shown into our room. It was very nice, quite modern with a lovely en-suite. The cleanliness was at a high standard with no faults. The beds... More

We stopped here overnight on a trip heading north. We were welcomed warmly by the owners and shown to our room, the family room 5 which had 2 singles and a double. The room itself was spotless and have never in my life seen such a clean bathroom! It was as if it had only been put in a week... More
