What can I say, stayed her with my kids for one night had a great triple room and a amazing breakfast! Booked this place online for a 1 night stop over on our way to a wedding further north in Cumnock. It is situated on Annan Road around 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Booked in here for 2 nights well working in Dumfries and I've got to say it's a lovely hotel one of the best I've stayed at in a while the lady who owns the place is very nice and always there to help they have a good breakfast menu with lots of choices 5* would defiantly stay again

Great value for money breakfast was great and very cheap owners welcoming the minute we arrived, friendly and extremely helpful! room and en suite were clean and fresh would definitely recommend and stay again! many thanks to the owners should be very proud.

Well situated a 10 minute stroll from the town centre .Free parking ,clean and tidy rooms ,plenty of hot water ,power shower ,quality towels ,tea and coffee making facilities,free WiFi .Bed was comfortable ,but only a small double ,they do have king size and singles.Small fridge in room was a bonus as was the safe. The Hotel next door had a deal on when we stayed, £9.95 for a 3 course, simple plain food but good though only till 6.30pm but then the normal menu is good at £14.85 for 2 couse
