We stayed here for a couple of nights and were very well looked after. The bed was comfortable and the shower room superb. Very comfy pillows too. The street parking at the front of the hotel has restrictions so the nearest 24 hour parking is behind sainsburys which is a very short walk from the hotel. As you are right...

This old pub has been well renovated to provide accomodation. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. It is very central, so perfect for wandering around Peebles. You can of course eat in the pub but there are lots of places to eat within a short walk. There isn't really parking, other than restricted parking on the road. There are...

stayed at cross keys on 18th March and it was a pleasant stay. Staff were more than helpful. Location was ideal for shops & pubs in Peebles only a few minutes walk to Main Street. No parking in pub grounds however we managed to park outside opposite pub. Typical of whetherspoon pubs good atmosphere cheap drinks & good pub grub....

Our room was comfortable and clean. The manager on duty during our stay went out of his way to ensure we were happy, he helped us secure our mountain bikes and was very helpful. The food and drink was good and not too expensive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Just back from a two night stay at the Cross Keys. Very impressed with the accommodation, the friendly staff and good food. Our room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. Lovely, modern bathroom with a good shower. Excellent value for money.

Stayed at this hotel last Thursday for 1 night. Staff very welcoming albeit a bit disorganised. Eventually got to our upstairs bedroom after member of staff couldn't initially find lift or work it only to find room hadn't been cleaned! Very efficient member of staff called Emma arrived promptly to clean the room obviously looking very embarrassed. TV in room...

Firsly, I have no real complaints about the room. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had room number 3, top floor, away from any chance of noise. It's winter so the beer garden wasn't really being used but may be a bit of chatter until closing time, in the summer. When we arrived we had no idea how to...

We had a great break at this hotel. The service we received was excellent. Ok, we had a few stairs to climb to get to the room but it was worth it. It was large and well equipped and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was nicely decorated with bath and separate shower. Superb. The hotel is located in the centre...

Everything is going smoothly ever since I arrived to Keys hotel. Excellent, fast and organized check in process, very helpful staff at the reception and they help me with directions to places around the hotel and I absolutely love the breakfast that includes a variety of food. Also I really like the warm hospitality from the staff especially Sonam. I'd...
