Booked DB&B for a 2 night stay with family & kids. One main reason i picked this hotel was for the Ishga products used in the spas advertised online . Before arriving i contacted spa to prebook treatments only to be told it was fully booked. Very disappointed. No Ishga products available to try or purchase either. Ladies changing room...

Clean well appointed room, friendly efficient and helpful staff in diningroom and in throughout. Six course tasting menu added a special touch to the evenings and very nice food. Good choice at breakfast. Easy to use leisure facilities, swim followed by outdoor hot tub overlooking snow on mountains is fun. A leisurely stroll into Inverary or short drive to Tree...

I came to the hotel with my partner and mother in law on a 2 night DBB. The great - little touches in the room such as local chocolates and whiskey, roll-top bath in our suite, fantastic 6 course tasting menu and lovely staff and breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional and very attentive to my mother in...

We just fancied a couple of days away around the Loch Fyne/Loch Awe area. My partner has stayed here several times through work and as they take dogs it was an easy choice. The hotel is nice...pleasant reception area leading off to a very nice bar and dining area with the formal dining room adjacent. Possibly because we had a...

Stayed for a 2 night Dinner B&B special with 2 spa treatments earlier this week. Room - tired, shabby, too hot, cheap mattress, duvet stank of feet. Very 80's decor and facilities (coffee/ milk cartons, shorbreads, etc.). Iron in room was useful. Advertised room rate behind reception was almost £200 / night ... I would have been asking for a...

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the hotel. The 6 course taster menu each night was superb and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool was great but the changing rooms were extremely cold due to the cold blower. All in all a lovely stay and to be recommended,

As we have been more than 10 times I can say I love the area , the views are amazing over the Loch. The staff, the food are a very high standard. The only thing the hotel needs is a bit of TLC around the indoor pool, and the outside hot tub. The steam room tiles are so poorly repaired...
