Not been in for a while so delighted to find the standard is still as good. Not a big menu but it has enough variety for most tastes. The brie and cranbery starter was extremely good and the haddock was very fresh and nicely cooked. Smaller portions would be good though The indulgence deserts are a great idea and a...

Very Pleasant, helpful staff, room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Meals were excellent and well presented. Also menu can cater for anyone with a diet restriction, (eg: Gluten Free) but do inform the Hotel when you book if possible.

I stayed in the Chapelbank Hotel during January and can only give high praise. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfasts are superb, with a good choice of quality local products, and always served with a smile. The hotel also has a Bistro restaurant and bar, open all day serving quality food and ok coffee.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is tea and coffee facilities in the room with lovely shortbread biscuits. They provide a electric heater in case...

Was booked in here by my company for one night, was a tad worried as I am normally booked in to chains, not that i book these when i go on holiday, but on business they are "safe" bets, also the fact it used the phrase "boutique hotel" mmakes you think small room etc. Well im glad to report that...

Bill and I booked this hotel for our wedding reception 12th September 2015. Susan and her staff pulled out all the stops for us. Tables beautifully decorated and the food was excellent. Every single one of our guests enjoyed the food. We were 39 in total which was just over the limit but Susan worked wonders with the available space....

Stayed here at the end of last week. All in all a nice hotel with good food. I was in room 2, which to gain access to, you need to go through another door, not leaving a great deal of room, especially when carrying bags. The staff were friendly and attentive, with the hotel being clean and tidy. The shower...

Can't fault this place at all! Something for everyone in the evening menu. Staff pleasant and attentive. We stayed in room 3 which was lovely. Large room with an equally large bathroom! Good range of food on offer at breakfast. Would definitely recommend!
