Stayed here for an overnight whilst on business in the area. Plentiful parking for the van just outside front door. Checked in about 9pm via intercom and told key was inside door. Room very spacious and clean, bathroom was also clean and shower powerful and hot. 2 minute walk to local Wetherspoons. Breakfast was good.

Remote access via intercom/telephone which can be problematic. This is not a 5* establishment but it doesn't purport to be. My room, although small, was clean warm and had the basics required. It's a good place for workmen to stopover or for a one night stay. Parking in the street could be a problem due to space limitations, but I managed...

For the amount we paid this guest house was very comfortable. We arrived around 3pm and when we pressed the intercom button we were told the key to our room, no.5, was on the shelf inside the door. The room was a reasonable size, clean, nice and warm on arrival with plenty of hot water for a shower. We had...

Booked this hotel unfortunately had to cancel the next day as my father was unable to travel as he needs to have chemotherapy. Explained to hotel the situation and thinking that it's just short of two months notice that would be able to get a refund either half or full. Owner was sympathetic but stated it was the manager who...

Tinny rooms indeed but clean and very practical. Full English in the morning was good. In general not spectacular rather than minimalistic but worth for the small price that you pay. Eagles in the were very noisy but that's what you should expect near the harbour.

We had an overnight stay at the lost Guest House. Firstly we had to use an intercom to get access to the property, a definite lack of Human involvement for a welcome. Key to room was left in an envelope at the door. The Room we had was on the ground floor and was very basic. The Information Pack said...

A small hotel in easy walking distance to town centre. The hotel has no lift but the manager was available to carry suitcases up the stairs( very much appreciated) the rooms need some updating, clean enough but pillows very flat and mattress lumpy. Also my shower overflowed every time, I was told they were aware of the problem and parts...
