I booked my sisters 30th in the Granite room for lunch. I couldn't fault anything! The staff were superb and the food was unbelievable. We really had a great day I would highly recommend this for a small function! The room itself was perfect size for us. We had 18 for a sit down lunch.

Stayed here Saturday night. Reception were very welcoming. The room had everything I needed, coffee machine a nice touch, robs, slippers and good toiletries. The bar was cosy and staff helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Quite the best omelette I've had for a while. Super hotel, good value, I'll be back. Thanks.

The Chester hotel is a lovely hotel with very nice décor and staff and it was very clean. We had a really nice stay and a lovely breakfast in the morning. I thought the room was good value for money (our room was £101 for 1 night). The only problem we had was that the duvet was feather and I’m...

We have been waiting to hear from the general manager re a complaint we had and there has been no response. It's been so long I wasn't going to bother but tripadvisor sent me reminder..Bear in mind, Premier Inn, which is a very basic hotel has the motto ' you don't sleep you receive a refund' well we didn't sleep...

A bit disappointed in this as we felt the Chester didn't really know how to do afternoon tea. If i order afternoon tea and have been to many I don't expect it to be served in a booth in a bar. We ordered english tea for 3 people and got 2 x teapots which had one tea bag in each.It...

Had an overnight stay of accommodation and breakfast. Unfortunately, restaurant was fully booked so we had to find alternative restaurant. Staff were very committed to providing exceptional service to customers. Breakfast however was a bit disappointing in terms of quality. We had to ask for spoons for cereal, coffee was cold and had to get more, lack of variety of...

We arrived to find that due to a system error, the hotel was overbooked. The staff were apologetic and very helpful, they found us another hotel two doors down - Malmaison - assisted with check in and allowed us to use their car park for the night. Overall I was disappointed that we could not stay where I booked, but...

I stayed here for one night whilst on business in Aberdeen. The room was stylish and very comfortable. The menu in the dining room was not to my taste, nothing simple on it. Definitely a special occasion restaurant. On checking out in the morning, I asked to have coffee served in the lounge because I didn't want breakfast. One lady...

Nice decor, really stylish furniture. New tidy and good colours. Good good but expensive. Busy hotel and restaurant but pushed for time to serve quick enough. Good choice of food though. Well dressed staff and smart.
