Excellent two stays at this lovely hotel a little outside of the centre of Aberdeen for small conferences. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent and the bedrooms were lovely. Staff were very supportive and helped make our small training events a big success. Loved it!!

We had a large bedroom with ample space to move about in the wheelchair and the bed was big enough for four people never mind two. The bathroom was a wet room with plenty space to move about. The first night ( we stayed two nights - a special deal so look out for them) we had an evening meal...

This relates to having dinner, rather than staying at the hotel. It was an event for about 20 people, I can only describe it as a mediocre experience at best. The food was forgettable, my main course - fish -was at once over cooked but tepid when served. Service was sloppy too. A pity as the surroundings are quite grand.

Thank you for your short review following your attendance at a Private Dinner in September. It would have been good to have a little more detail on the date and menu content as it is disappointing to read that our Food and Service fell below our normal high standards. We receive so many compliments with regards to the high quality...

My wife and I spent one night there, we were pleasantly greeted by the reception staff. The house is stunning inside with beautiful old wood trim, fireplace and a beautifully carved stairway. We ate in the restaurant, the service was second to none and the food was delicious!! The only draw back is that the rooms don't have air conditioning...

We were in the modern wing of the hotel, really nice spacious quiet rooms, ground floor was handy for those with any mobility issues. Compared to some of the traditional rooms, I think they are superior. We were at a family wedding. The setting is wonderful, the food and service were very very good. Bar prices were astronomical!

I somehow ended up with 2 weddings at Norwood Hall in a week (and funnily enough another wedding there later this year) - shows how popular a wedding venue Norwood is and I'm not surprised. As a guest everything flowed perfectly - food was fantastic and the whole evening(s) were a delight. Looking forward to November to do it all...
