Where do I start! I feel so utterly let down by the Hilton, their failure to resolve my complaint, the lack of replies, the ruined weekend and now hesitance at giving the Hilton Group any more of my business.  The facts - 8th Feb - booked 1 room for 2 nights (22+23 March) costing £236.55 and also another room 8th Feb - (22+23 March) costing £259.35 Due to adverse weather I called on 22nd March and asked to alter the dates on both rooms to 23 + 24 March -  The manager was more than happy to help out and assured me it would not be an issue, I got email confirmation and info on the Hilton App, all updated. 23rd March upon arrival I was advised that they had mistakenly only changed 1 room, but this was not an issue and booked another room for me, lots of reassurance it was all sorted, off we went and settled into our rooms. Due to the late hour, we opted for room service, limited menu but to be expected. Next morning we went for breakfast, self-service buffet but could not locate GF on the counter and found hardly any choice for a GF diet which was very disappointing after paying a premium rate. I had to locate the staff, managed to get a small pack of GF cereal, 2 pieces of toast and 2 poached eggs (quite vinegary)...toast and eggs came 5 minutes after each other.  Went out for the day - upon our return, I found initially my key would not work (the other room was ok), went back to reception and got it re-coded (no mention of any issues) back up to my room and found it had been cleared and cleaned and all my personal items removed, this included medication, clothes, refreshments, sweets for diabetes and drinks, along with toiletries. Off I went down to reception again.  The Receptionist advised me I must have checked out but forgotten my stuff (really???) ...so they had cleared the room and stuffed all my clothes into a bin bag, the receptionist realised after checking the computer that this was the Hiltons mistake and whoever had booked us in on night 1 had screwed up. It took them 35 minutes to work this out, they returned and advised me that all my stuff was now back in the room. Off I went back up the lift, to the room and found all my items literally dumped on the bed, some of my items were missing my diabetes sweets, refreshments and shampoo and conditioner (lush) toiletry items, off I went back down, I complained and the reception gave me a voucher for 2 drinks. Later that afternoon, we went to the Exec lounge (as this was part of the package we had booked) only to be advised we did not have access, how embarrassing, trying to get in! I spoke to the gentleman on the door and explained the issues we were having, he agreed to let us in (no GF options though) , he tried to give me another voucher for deserts which I declined. I explained I was very unhappy (having ,my personal items thrown away or in an old binbag) with what had happened, having my personal items thrown away was very upsetting and for reception to feel that 2 drinks would cover the cost was quite funny!  I also checked my online banking at this time and found so many other charges, the man suggested they had put a "Hold" on certain charges, which was absolute rubbish. Upon check out the next day I complained but was advised no manager was in till after 11am, therefore emailed my concerns upon their suggestion. Although I believe the money side of things are now sorted for the weekend, with all the random charges  the total spend with the Hilton did stand at over £1000 for 2 nights and 2 rooms, I have had some refunded. They just kept charging my card. Couple of other things! Car parking is £5 per day, ridiculous when you are staying a the Hilton, they should swallow this charge - Massive lack of choice for GF needs and No-one able to take any ownership of the issues or complaint As a resolution - I have been offered a free night in the Aberdeen Hilton, which I have declined and instead asked for a 1 night voucher for another Hilton, I will not be visiting the Hilton Aberdeen in the future. I contacted them 14 days ago to advise that I would like to decline the offer of a free night in the Aberdeen Hilton and have not received a reply. I have also requested a £50 good will gesture to cover the "missing" toiletries (new bottles), to cover the refreshments and inconvenience and have been advised they would need receipts to prove the cost!  I feel extremely let down, this was supposed to be a lovely family weekend away and was ruined by someones inability to click a few buttons and sort the booking issue and now being ignored by whoever is supposed to be resolving my complaint!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Aberdeen TECA. My room was very comfortable and staff were lovely. Special mention to William who was very friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was good, but it should have more vegetarian options.

Strangely designed parking facility for a new hotel surrounded by fields of land - car park is far away from hotel, no covered walk between hotel and car park (pray for dry and calm weather!), difficult to find in the dark (signage is sparse). In order to collect your car you need to pass a locked door but a pin code provided at the reception didn't work. An alternative walk to the car park isn't mentioned or signed at all (around Aloft Hotel). There is a car park in front of the hotel but it isn't for guests. Room service didn't answer for 30 min, I tried reception, no luck either. Had to go to the restaurant before it got shut. Staff was friendly and efficient there, food was good. I had to change room as there was a baby next door and I could clearly hear that (reception was helpful this time). Breakfast was good, the room was full of light. It was a nice experience. There was only one person at reception for checking out in the morning, a queue formed so when I came back to find out a correct pin code for car park I realised I'd spend there at least 15 min and walked around Aloft Hotel instead to get to my vehicle.

Room Tip: Next time I'd try Aloft Hotel. It is closer to parking, much cheaper and room service can't be...

This hotel is very modern and extremely comfortable, all the facilities are exceptional. The. Location is perfect for visiting P&J, a regular bus service that stops outside the hotel goes into Aberdeen city centre. The staff are very friendly, Gaby, who was the hostess in the executive lounge, was the perfect host! Tony, the food and beverages manager, was attentive and efficient and a good source of knowledge about the local area.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The staff were brilliant. The hotel is very modern & clean. The location is excellent for the P&J Live and close to the airport. The breakfast was first class and service was perfect. They also have a spa with a relaxing pool & sauna. I would highly recommend this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

I have been very impressed by the rooms: size, cleanliness and everything else (towels, general appearance). Staff friendly. Pool is brilliant to while away some time with the children. We didn’t find it particularly cold. The heated loungers are lovely. Didn’t try any spa treatments but will definitely do it in the future - as someone who is currently undergoing cancer treatment I was very glad to see they offer oncology treatments. Breakfast is excellent, waffle making machine was a hit with my son. Food for dinner at the restaurant is perfectly fine and very convenient (if on the expensive side but I do understand why - captive audience as there isn’t anywhere nearby). Even with parking charges the hotel is well worth the stay. If we ever visit Aberdeen again I would not stay anywhere else, even if it’s nearer the city centre. Very family friendly. Overall, an extremely pleasant, enjoyable stay.

Good clean comfy room, bathroom and public rooms. Dinner was lovely but there are different menus before and after 7pm which was annoying as we had already decided our choices when shown the menu in the early afternoon. We then were given a fixed price 2 or 3 course menu at 6pm when they opened. Were going to a concert next door and didnt want any more than 1 course- is this a money making scheme? Apart from that no issues

We stayed for 2 nights 2 weekends ago and as usual had a fantastic stay. We were very grateful for our executive room upgrade, which was beautiful. In the lounge, Sky looked after us and was super friendly - thanks. We really like and recommend this hotel. We are back for 2 nights today prior to going to the sun and have booked some spa treatments this time to truly relax before our hols. I'm really looking forward to returning to this fantastic hotel! Breakfast is also perfect 🥰

Very modern and comfortable hotel, ideal for events at P&J Live. Beautiful large airy rooms with high ceilings and all that you would need for your stay here. You have to leave the hotel to get to the venue and although the car park is massive there’s no direct access to the hotel, the lift is a short but exposed walk away. Nice bar downstairs, we didn’t eat here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Immaculate Hotel. Great reception and very pleasant staff on arrival. Very disappointed with the choice of food from the room service menu. Probably great if you're vegetarian or vegan, but not much meat offer. Could cater more for carnivores in future.
