Stayed here at the end of November for xmas shopping. What a great hotel this was, the location was fantastic, so easy to nip back and for with shopping bags etc. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, parking space round the back, rooms were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Windows are old fashioned and they allow the cold getting in the room. You will wake up frozen depending the month. From the hotel they advice to keep the AC on every time, that's not very eco is it? Very short beds, really uncomfortable if you are more than 1,80. I'll never come back here again. Good location.

Dear Eneko M first of all i would like to thank you for taking time to review our hotel. I'm sorry to hear that you had bad experience staying with us. I would like to point out couple things mentioned in your review. First of all all our double rooms are furnished with standard Uk sized double beds. Standard double...

Just arrived and sadly the word I would use is grotty. Whilst I agree with other reviews that the situ of the hotel is excellent and so close to the city centre, in terms of cleanliness I would say average. Carpet in our flat (2) covered in stains - slippers on at all times! Small 2 seater sofa (for a...

Dear 172loma thank you for taking time to review our hotel on tripadvisor. I'm glad that you have enjoyed our location. Regarding cleanliness, every room is properly cleaned after check-out and it's not acceptable to read that room wasn't cleaned up to our standards. Firstly, the bad bits: the bed was as uncomfortable as any I have ever slept in, the room was freezing cold and the (huge!) shower was pretty poor. That all being taken into account, we enjoyed this hotel very much. The hotel is in an excellent location for the city centre, just a few doors down a very quiet street...

Dear The_Fabric_Fairy thank you for finding time to review our hotel. We have a room fully equipped for wheelchair users and is accessible from the car park area at ground level, although there are several flights of stair which cannot be avoided to exit on belmont street. Parking reservation is essential due to limited number of parking spaces. Our hotel...

Do not be taken by surprise. The entrance to the Hotel is simply a nondescript door on the street. That is it. The hotel itself is below street level but given it is on the side of a slope rooms do have a view or sorts. The room we stayed in was quite small but adequate for a couple. The...

The hotel is similar to a Scottish Guest House with the single rooms below street level and the 2 bedroom apartments above. The location shares the same building as the Wodka Bar. The rooms are very clean and nice. There is free wifi and breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shopping or meeting...

This has been a real find. Perfect location - a great little hotel in the heart of the city at a very good price - unusual for Aberdeen!
