Very friendly staff and welcoming . However rooms need some work. Shower was not good at all, it was very hot and burnt my feet. Be careful of the showers. Our room was dark also and we could hear an air conditioning unit on all night. Bed was uncomfortable and springs coming through.

Unfortunately, there is nothing nice about this Travelodge. The exterior is drab and the interior doesnt get any better. The rooms were ok and relatively clean. The staff were ok. It is convenient to the city. Wouldnt return. The fixtures and fittings are very worn and it needs a complete re-fit.

Stayed for 2 nights and was disappointed by the state of the place. It's in desperate need of refurbishment. Accepting the old furnishings is one thing (it is what it is) but there's no excuses for the cleanliness. We had dead insects squashed on the shower wall, dirt in the bath as if someone had just used it and cobwebs...

Stayed for one night. Have waited in travellodges before and am not very fussy. Parking(secure) was 7 pound for the night which should be taken into consideration. Booked a triple room but we were only left with 2 towels. Water for the shower was very cold from the start. A little overpriced in general but besides the above everything else...

A travel lodge without a free car park, we arrived their expecting to be directed by gps to the car park near the main entrance as you would normally expect at a travelodge, but after driving round the block twice with no parking in sight we rang the hotel at a cost per minet to be told that we had...

This hotel is situated in the middle of the town. On a plus side you can get to lots of local amenities. On the minus side it can be noisy if you are in the front of the hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very big and clean. There is lots of storage space....

We stayed 2 nights, nice hotel but a bit dated could do with a refurb. Friendly helpful staff couldn't fault them. Great location in the centre of town 5 mins walk from Derry walls. Would stay again as very convenient for bars, restaurants and shopping.
