Booked a room last minute, (on the day) and it was a lovley stay, friendly helpful staff. Great location, walking distance to pubs/restaurants. Room was clean and tidy however basic but you get what you pay for. Would stay again.

Terrible experience. Building tired, bathroom not clean. Breakfast poor value for money and had to ask for coffee, juice and various other items one of the mornings. It might be fairly central but there are much better options. Have stayed with travelodge before and it has been ok, but this was definitely not and won't be staying again. Not recommended...

The bathroom was in a dire state, dirty tiles and fixture not working properly. My continental breakfast was anything, but continental. In our group of twenty, none had anything good to say about this particular hotel.

Room situated over a noisy nightclub so dont expect sleep if your in a front room - no furniture, broken toilet, dog/cat hair all over the carpet and general feel of being dirty and unkempt. Would expect more for the money they charged for the room.

I am sure there are better hotels in London/Derry/Derry.....crazy steps to get to first floor to check in....old hotel that has been rebranded. Room was huge and seemed clean, corner room so well lit space. First night slept well than it turned into a FRAT HOUSE for fri and sat nights. Groups of hens nighters or weddings but just door...

Staying here overnight tonight just for a nite out. We have an ensuite twin room complete with very comfortable beds, a tv, a phone, coffee and tea facility and quite a good sized room. The room is clean, and the hotel smells fresh and is well maintained but I think that the room is a little dated and the furniture...

I stayed in this hotel for one night and I must say that the two staff that dealt with me were outstanding. they were friendly, pleasant and could not do enough for guests. I was pleasantly surprised as I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and the staff were not half as professional.

Me and a group stayed for one night. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was big and beds clean and comfortable. The one downfall was the shower. The water was only a little warm and there was no pressure. I was in room 314. However others in my group said their showers worked fine.
