We stayed here for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel itself is aging and a bit frayed around the edges, but the staff was so welcoming and helpful that we were able to overlook the somewhat aging interior. My husband had a medical emergency and the hotel staff steered him in the best direction for medical treatment....

We chose this hotel as a base for our few days of rest and relaxation in the north-west. It was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable, the food was wonderful (we were on a 2 night dine and stay package), and the staff were fabulous - especially Barbara, Rory and Emma in the restaurant. It was the...

Our tour group booked a night in the Everglades. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are clean. Meals were excellent. A local singing duo was performing in the lobby the night we were there and they were quite entertaining. There was a wedding reception going on that night but it didn't disturb the other guests. The next morning,...

We had an absolutely amazing time when we were here, without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at yet! The staff was incredible and so helpful (we had a barman named Terence who was attentive and helpful to our giant group) we just had excellent service as a whole! The best part about eating in the restaurant was...

Very good location and lovely hotel. Rooms are finished to a very high standard and are well equipped. I did not eat here but the restaurant looked very nice and in nice surroundings. Staff very polite and courteous. Although they were not serving food when we had finished the exhibition we had done as the restaurant had closed, the bar...

Our tour stayed here for two nights. Beautiful hotel. The grounds were also lovely. We enjoyed the restaurant, having very hardy breakfasts and a wonderful dinner. Close to downtown, so two if us walked back after our tour of the city. Good location !

Staff very helpful & Courteous Rooms what you would expect from a hotel of this standard got a corporate rate due to us exhibiting at the hotel The restuarant normally closes at 21.15 our exhibition didn't finish until 21.00 so they held the restuarant open as long as pre-ordered The food was plentiful and good quality

Stayed one night before my sisters wedding. The room was nice and a good sized bathroom as well. Comfy beds and good facilities. Free parking available. Close to city centre. Breakfast wasn't great, stale bread and croissants. Otherwise a good stay.

Stayed with a Trafalgar tour group in this lovely and comfortable hotel. (As Americans, we thought the name a bit strange for an Irish hotel, but....) Our room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. We had two breakfasts and one dinner in the hotel restaurant, and all were excellent. While the hotel is not within easy walking...
