Good location as it is close enough that you can walk to the walled city or Brandywell Stadium (20-25 minutes approx). You can park your vehicle securely off the road. Very friendly family run B&B as they are always available to answer questions and give sightseeing tips. I enjoyed my conversation with Thomas who enjoys talking about the history of...

We loved staying here. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the room was ensuite and there were even towel warmers in the bathroom. There was off street parking and it was safe and secure. However, what made staying here remarkable was our host. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. After we arrived, he invited us...

My wife and I visited for the a long bank holiday weekend and had a fantastic time. The welcome was amazing even though we arrived a little early. Tea and cakes and an introduction to Derry history from the owner Thomas. The weekend just got better and better with visits into the vibrant night time city and trips out to...

Very friendly family run B&B. Our room was in what appeared to be a purpose built outhouse, an extension on the garage. It was very nicely decorated, very warm and comfortable with a very nice wee en-suite shower room. Breakfast was very good. The family who run it were very friendly and chatty.

Fabulous B&B, our favorite on a 2 week, 7 B&B trip. We had 2 rooms, one in the back area unattached to the house, the other in the house. Both were immaculate, updated and comfy. Thomas & his kids Mary & Aaron we're top notch. Thomas might just be the best city /area historian in town. Helpful and full of...

Rose Park House impressed me. The rooms are clean, well decorated (not flowery!) and modern. There was a lovely sturdy wooden bed, with a comfortable mattress and pillows and great quality cotton bedlinen. My room was very quiet at the back of the house. There is some parking inside the back gate, but I parked up late, and it seems...

Very well appointed tastefully decorated rooms in lovely Victorian residence The whole family go the extra mile and beyond to make you welcome; tea and biscuits on arrival in lovely open fired lounge. Ben the dog is clearly an Integral part of the family and welcomes you in his own special way! Breakfast substantial and freshly cooked. Why would you...

We stayed here recently for a few nights and chose this B&B because of its high ratings on TripAdvisor. Firstly, it is more than five minutes walk from the B&B to Derry and the walk back is uphill (steep). Best to catch a taxi into town and back. Secondly, parking was a bit of an issue. Parking was offstreet (reasonbly...
