We had to stay here for a funeral recently. The city centre was full as there was a music festival on. The people running it are extremely friendly. The room was great, wifi speed good, it was easy to find, and breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was a bit small but in terms of value for money, it's well worth...

I was back in Derry after a long time and I chose Roslea B&B for my stay because it was in a really nice area. It was perfect. A large room with all facilities, comfortable bed and a great breakfast. They also had a free parking space for my car. The hosts were fantastic and helped me with everything. I...

We had a very large room with comfortable beds spotless clean. Free wifi and large flat screen TV. Excellent facilities and very quiet . A fantastic Ulster fry for me and a continental breakfast for my wife . Private safe parking and only 6 mins drive to town. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Stayed here with friends during Halloween week in Derry and found the owners to be extremely friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean with lovely décor and lots of space. There was free Wi-Fi and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Location was also excellent as it was only a 2 minute walk from a set of shops including...

Stayed here overnight when my husband was in hospital. Owner was lovely. Very helpful. We had the 4 person's room which was very comfortable. The only downfall was the ensuite bathroom was really small. You could barely turn in it. Also needsall the silicone redone as it was hanging of and Black also a good clean.. Breakfast was very basic...

Visited recently and booked last minute. Struggled to find the place, as not marked. Room was dingy, the bathroom had a leaking shower head, to accompany the woeful shower stream. Breakfast was reasonable with a jovial and helpful host, who took us in to town and pointed out some sights of interest. Be prepared to have 2 showers- one in...

We were made very welcome. Room was on the small side and so was the ensuite but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was second to none. Lots of fresh fruit and cereal with home baked breads. Full Irish Breakfast was enjoyed by my husband whilst I had poached eggs and toast. Done beautifully and coffee was just right. I...

Ideally situated in a quiet country lane yet only 5 mins walk from superstore and 10mins to Derry City by car.Comfortable bed, nice bedlinen. Great Irish breakfast freshly cooked and served in bright dining room. Friendly owner Kevin always on hand for advice on places to visit etc. Altogether a quiet, relaxing stay in secluded surroundings.

Kevin and Gerry were great hosts and only too happy to advise on what we should see and do on our first trip to Derry. We were a party of six so had the property to ourselves. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Thanks for a great stay.
