The cottage was immaculate, very clean and cosy. Beautiful view and nice neighbours. The owners were very friendly and helpful and even gave us a lift to Newry from Newcastle! I hope to come back soon, it was a wonderful weekend and I didn't want to leave!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in early November and absolutely loved it. Before the visit the owner could not have been more helpful on the phone. Made the whole trip very hassle free. However despite having great directions we did find the parking area quite difficult to find. The cottage itself is perfect so cost especially with the fire.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in September 2014. The cottage was just perfect, in an ideal location overlooking the sea. The cottage came equipped with all essentials and it felt very homely as soon as you walked in. I automatically felt relaxed. The cottage was very clean and I have I have no complaints. Perfect getaway... More

We recently stayed overnight in the cottage, what a lovely treat. We had all the comforts of home and more. Gorgeous kitchen complete with everything you need for self catering. My only complaint was that our stay was too short, we could have happily spent a week there. Look forward to staying again.

Very nice cottage, fitted and furnished to a high standard. There is everything required for a comfortable stay, including wifi. On cool evenings the open fire makes it very cosy indeed. Newcastle town centre is within walking distance, there is also a good pub/ restaurant just five minutes down the road. Convenient for walkers, easy to walk straight on to... More

We have just had a lovely break at this perfect cottage. Great location and very good facilities; home from home. We also found the owners to be very approachable and there was just nothing too much for them and made us feel really welcome. Perfect for walking in the mountains as well as a short distance from the town. Wonderful... More

Nice little cottage, one decent double, and one small single (with twin beds - but it's not big). Good location for Slieve Donnard (take the bloody bridge route) and other walks in the Mourne region. It's right next to the sea, so the views are lovely. Off road parking, no real garden to speak of (it's on a big slope... More

Very tastefully decorated cottage, with an historical background. Beautiful views. Immaculately maintained. Good location. We enjoyed a seaweed bath in Soak during our stay - most enjoyable and only a short distance from Widow' s Row.

Quaint cottage that was immaculate and furnished to great standards. About a mile out of town so all amenities close by. This has a breathtaking views. But a little unsure if the back garden would be safe for toddlers. Will def re-book as a couple
